At OrderDecor.com, we are committed to customer satisfaction. So, to be a better internet provider, we offer a 14 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from when you receive it to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price. Exactly how does it work? Below are the qualifications.

- Your specialty product must be returned in ‘new’ or ‘like-new’ condition
- Your return must be requested & approved via email (service@orderdecor.com)
- You pay delivery and return shipping costs (we can schedule pickup at your request)
Note that some items are sold with promotional Free Shipping programs. You will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees incurred to transport your specialty product.
Where we ship to:
We are happy to offer free shipping to the 48 continental United States. Via our website, we currently do not accept orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, nor outside of the United States. If you live outside of our shipping area, and would like a possible quote on shipping rates for any particular item(s), please email us at service@orderdecor.com
Damages:
For items that arrived damaged via Fedex or UPS, the item must be reported to OrderDecor.com within one business day of receipt. We will then process a claim and send out a replacement as soon as possible - most of the time before the shipping claim is closed. For items that arrived damaged via any other Freight Carrier, all damages must be reported by the signer on all Freight Carrier's paperwork AT TIME OF DELIVERY. Items that are not reported damaged at time of delivery may not be eligible for a claim. For more information, please contact our Customer Service at: 1-888-550-8777.
Returns:
As soon as your return is received and verified to be in new or like-new condition, your refund will be issued. We will try to credit you via your original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. If this fails, we will issue a manual check to your billing address.
